HUMANS VS FLEAS- THE STORY GOES LIKE THIS
The cat lies comfortably at the end of your bed asleep. The family dog follows you all around the house. You sit down, ready to rest yourself, time to settle down and binge-watch that favourite show. Little do the humans know, a Trojan Horse of enemies has been received into their home.
Bang!, You get bitten, One by one the family starts to receive bites, the family dog scratches away, and the war begins. You investigate the dog for evidence and see fleas. The human fights back by treating the dog and cat for fleas, then thinks the war has been won. Little do they know that these fleas that have been seen are nothing more than a decoy for the hidden army waiting to emerge.
Hundreds of flea eggs have been laid in the carpet, and when the time is right they will emerge and attack. Some days pass by and the human has forgotten about the attack, until Bang!, Another bite.
This is followed by another, and now the family cat is scratching, the flea army is back in huge numbers, and eggs are hatching everywhere.
But the human refuses to be beaten without a fight. A few YouTube videos on home remedy flea treatments are watched, then down onto the carpet goes lfea powder bought from the local hardware shop, along with plates of water with dishwashing detergent and lamps, because that’s what the YouTube video said to do.
